Vinification & Tasting Notes
Grapes harvested from the best plots of Chardonnay, and sorted twice only by hand. Fermentation in French oak cask (500L, 100% barrels). Ageing on the lees for 10 months.
Bright golden yellow color with intensive & complex aromas, creamy & toasty nose well supported by the citrus fruits, apricots and hints of florals. The palate is full and round, slightly mineral with some vanilla flavors balanced by its pleasant acidity while a silky texture combines to create an exceptionally long finish.

Harvest Report 2022
This year, the harvesting time of each variety was 7-10 days earlier than previous years,Chardonnay harvesting started on August 20, and the harvesting was all finished at the end of August, a week earlier than usual. The harvesting was done through three screenings to ensure the health of the fruit in the cans. The fruit also reached a good level of ripeness.
