Vinification & Tasting Notes
Grapes harvest and sorted twice only by hand. Direct pressing of the grapes and fermentation in small sized steel vats at 14/16 °C.
This bright salmon wine shows a delicate & rich aroma of grapefruits, peaches and strawberries, while citrus flavour develops on the palate, with slight hints of intriguing herbaceous in the end. Lively acidity makes the wine feeling fresh with a light fruity body and a lasting smooth aftertaste.

About new label
For the 2023 vintage of Pinkker Rosé, we have upgraded the label design. It features a minimalist white background with a subtle pink hue. The main body of the label is outlined with layers of mountain ranges, echoing the distant Nine Peaks Mountain. This design expresses the fresh and natural characteristics of Pinkker Rosé.

C9P's 2023 harvest report
In mid-September, we harvested Merlot and part of the Cabernet Franc for Rose. Merlot, early-maturing red grape variety, is harvested in mid-September. This year, the Merlot of all the plots performed perfectly, with beautiful colors, outstanding aroma and very good maturity. 24.9 Brix with an acidity of 5.2 g/l.
