Grape Reception

After hand picking, the grapes will be sent immediately to the cellar for another hand selection.

Red grapes: After removing the stems of the red grapes, a second selection is carried out on the sorting table. After that, the grapes are gently crushed.

White grapes: they will be directly transported from the initial sorting stage to the atmosphere Presser, where they are crushed in a specific cycle.
