Bottling

Bottling is the final important step that symbolizes the conclusion of all the work during the maturing period. The bottling usually begins in May for our Chardonnay and August for our Red Variety. Each bottle is carefully bottled and labelled at the Chateau. From 2017, we are able to guaranty the use of corks free of TCA (Cork off taste).
